One cup, and something warm runs through you: the bite of ginger, the freshness of lemongrass. Caffeine-free. Just warmth that builds — exactly like the sun on the label, rising from the roots.

That is what you are holding: not a summer iced tea that disappears with the season, but a warm ritual for the dark months. A cup to start the morning without coffee, and a cup for the evening.

Spicy ginger and lemongrass form the core. Underneath lie sweet apple, quince and a touch of carrot that round off the sharpness, spearmint and verbena for a fresh finish, and blue cornflower that colours the cup. Completely caffeine-free — so whenever you like.

How to brew: a heaped teaspoon per cup, pour over boiling water and steep 5 to 7 minutes. The longer you wait, the more bite the ginger gives.

Prefer it cold? The fruity base also makes a fresh cold brew — a scoop in cold water, a few hours in the fridge, serve over ice.
